The room I booked for 5 people and the room was just filled with 5 beds, no space available to sit

The purpose of stay was to perform Umrah with my family, the location is excellent near to Haram at walking distance.

The cost seems ok due the location of the facility. Parking was an issue, need to park vehicle outside at around 500 meters from the facility.

Don't stay at Al Mukhtara, there are enough other hotels close by

Proximity to the Prophets Mosque is the only plus

Reception staff first needed to decide who wants to look up from their phones, with the first guy pointing me to the second guy. I only got 1 room key since they didn't give a second for my wife. Filthy - found an old cupcake in the cupboard, and a cotton swab/bud amongst other things on the floor. I paid in full, however the reception staff didn't know anything about VAT and tried to charge it to a friend who was still staying there after I had left. When performing the calculation they even overcharged 150% because I requested a double room with queen sized bed and I received a triple room. I gave them my card details that afternoon and their network was down. They then called me at 1am to the next morning to process payment. The bathroom and entrance hall was flooded with water which I had to mop up when we moved in. No complimentary tea or coffee or water in sight.

مستوي ردئ بالنسبة لدرجته 4 نجوم

قربه المعقول من الحرم وخاصة أبواب النساء السماح بعمل تسجيل المغادرة في الوقت المحدد من الفندق وليس بوكينج

الغرفة لم تكن جاهزة وقت الوصول ومستوي النظافة والأثاث غير جيد عدم الاهتمام بشكاوي النزلاء حيث شفاط الحمام وريموت ال TV لم يعملون ولم يهتم أحد مستلزمات الحمام ليست بدرجة المستوي الموضوع فيه الفندق رائحة الفندق بشعة ومعظم زواره من دول شرق أسيا سعر الحجز من الفندق مباشرة أقل من سعر الحجز من بوكينج موعد تسجيل المغادرة المحدد لبوكينج يسبق موعد المحدد من قبل الفندق بساعتين الفندق لايستحق نجمتين .

Hotel is ok near HARAM , but the timing of check in is very...

Hotel is ok near HARAM , but the timing of check in is very late around 4 pm . And check out 2 pm . If u go before 4 pm they will say wait till 4pm..... Elevator is always busy. Wait for long time front of elevator. Cleaning found ok.

useless .not recommended at all to stay in. bellow 01 star standard,

Nil, The hotel advertised to be 4 star type but it is below 01 (one) star. useless hotel , I don't recommend any Muslim visiting Almadina to stay on this rubbish junk.

Every thing in this junk was much below mine and my colloquies expectation. reception team useless have to call them more than 6 times to get toiletries , no even a bottle of drinking water in the room, toilets are not clean and some doors lock broken ,

عجبني مدير الفندق فقط

لم يعجبني موظفين الاستقبال ، الفندق كله فئة ريحة ، تطلب من الاستقبال بحضور فني تكيف رد الموظف غريب ( انا طلبت الفني ما جاء مو شغلي ) هل هكذا يخدم النزالاء في هذا الفندق ، بيع غرف غير صالحة للسكن علي النزلاء

they made blunder and didnt offer me room for stay and said my booking is not appearing on their system. so they paniced me by refusing to give me room and i paid extra money to get another room in other hotel... this is second time booking.com had failed me in my case and i would not book in future through booking.com and would not recommend anyone in my circle to do so.

سيئ جدااااااا

لم يكن هنالك فطور وفق العرض المقدم بالموقع وبعد سؤال الفندق.

١- لايوجد خدمة غرف الا وقت محدد بالنهار. ٢- لا يردون على الاتصال. ٣- تم دفع مبلغ الفطور ضمن العرض وحين وصولنا افادنا موظف الاستقبال بعدم توفر فطور بالفندق صباحا وتم خصم المبلغ، مع العلم حين خروجنا قبل انتهاء المدة المبرومة وطلب كشف حساب لاستيراد المبلغ الزائد تفاجئنا باضافة قيمة الفطور. ٤- الصور المتواجدة بالموقع لاتتوافق مع الواقع نهائيا. ٥- مواقف الفندق ضيقة جدا وصغيرة وليس لها سوى مسار واحد.

The only good thing was its location, although not very...

The only good thing was its location, although not very close but still ok and close to ladies enterance. But hotel itself is not too good, there was a continuous smell in the main enterance, wifi is only limited to lobby area. I am not sure about other rooms but the room i got very tight space to walk after five beds in a row.

BEWARE: All photos posted on booking.com about the Quad room are FAKE. Please find photos I posted. Staff no courtesy, no cleanliness, room size too small. Not happy with this booking of booking.com. Bed size small for person with 180cm length. Hotel provided 2 bedroom space with 4 bed.

اتمنى عند زيارتي القادمة ان يكون مستوى النظافة اعلى مماهو عليه الآن

اعجبني تعامل الشخص الذي في المطعم ولباقته مصري كان والاطعمة رائعة والجو العام لطيف

لم يعجبني مستوى نظافة الغرف والمطعم كانت المصابيح قذرة جدا وكذلك النوافذ والموكيت يحتاج لتغيير واصابتني حساسية جلدية من الغبار عدا ذلك جيد

اسوأ فندق مرّ علي .. سكنت في ٣ نجمات ونجمتين وكانوا افضل منه

الافطار نوعا ما طيب

الفندق جدا جدا سئ للغاية مقابل قيمة الحجز لايوجد نظافة بالغرفة بتاتا لا توجد غلاية ولا قنوات معروفة الثلاجة حارة ولا غيروها الغرفة صغيرة ومكتومه من قلة النظافة الاثاث قديم قديم جدا فرش السرير ومناشف الحمام معفنة وغير معقمة شباك الغرفة مخلوع ..كيف طابق علوي ومخلوع .الحمد لله ماعندنا اطفال والا راحوا فيها لا انصح به ابدا

« Inconfortable séjour »

Le personnel du réception non pas professionnel et ne sais pas comment parler avec les clients. Pas de Serviettes de bain dans La chambre pondant une journée. Pas de nettoyage pour la chambre pondant tout ma séjour. Concernant le paiement j'ai payé plus que c'était indiqué dans la réservation.

الاقامة جيدة و تمتاز بقربه جدا من الحرم النبوي

الفندق قريب جدا من الحرم النبوي عند باب رقم 21-22 مساحة الغرفة جيدة

نظافة الغرفة و رائحتها لم تكن بشكل جيد مواقف السيارات ضيقة و قليلة يوجد مصعد واحد فقط يخدم مواقف السيارات
